The staff is wonderful! The property is old and outdated, but generally clean. Three downfalls. The bathroom tiles could’ve used a little more attention, the breakfast was almost non-existent, and it’s so remote that you can’t get food delivery. However, you get what you pay for, and the price is the lowest I’ve encountered. It’s a good value, overall.

We have stayed at the Candlelight Inn a couple times in our way to Texas. Great both times! Christina at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful with our late evening arrival. It’s an older place but very well-maintained and you can’t beat the convenience or price.
