Queen Ann was amazing. Located across from the beach, you have a private beach about 50m walk. Service and staff were very welcoming, polite and always helpful. Convenient location, souvenir shop next door also does laundry for 30,000D per KG. Also sells other souvenirs cheaper then Dam markets. Pool water always cold as its in a shaded area, airport shuttle was organised for us and was a smooth ride. Approximately 30 minute drive from aiport. BREAKFAST buffet was best i have ever had amazing service and food choices, they have many dietary options, such as Halal, Vegetarian, Gluten and vietnamese traditional foods as well. Overall amazing stay, would recommend 10/10

To be able to underdstand the content of a request seems to be a challange for most Hotels. Also my vegetarian request (Fruits and an Avocado) was almost not possible for them... they tried to make it good, but as a 5* rated Hotel you can expect an adequate service. And in their own description they talk about sound proofed windows: far away from this standard, all the noise from traffic or Karaoke you hear in the room, was very loud.

Luxury by the beach!

Our train was several hours delayed so it was great that the hotel immediately replied to me to not worry; we checked in at 3 a.m (6 hours late) but front desk were 24/7 & still gave us a welcome drink! Also got room upgrade so full ocean view: stunning scenery. Great location for food/bars/shops: right across from beach. Despite looking busy, we still got lounge chairs & towels. Pool was v swish/open late. Also superb staff & free afternoon tea (cuppa & biscuit at top). Amazing breakfast (even a choc fountain & doughnut board each day). Room modern, comfy. 10/10!

5/1より5泊しました。Expediaのお陰で、upgradeしていただき、最上階の北向き、ベランダ付の部屋に泊まることができました。景色はもちろん最高で、ビーチが日陰になってからもベランダで陽に当たれました。どうもありがとうございました！お客の大半はロシア人でした。本当に個人的なことですが、朝食の野菜に玉ねぎとキャベツがなかったのは残念でした。おくら、があったのはよかったですが。チョコレートタワーがあったので、お子さんがいれば、喜ばれるかと。 プールはインフィニティーになっていて、デッキチェアーがあるのですが、そこで煙草の煙がプール内に入ってきて・・・タイミングもあると思いますが、ロシア人の喫煙率は高いですね（ビーチでも同様の煙）。ビーチでのデッキチェアー使用は3時間となってます。ここもチェアーが少なく、このルールが良いのかもしれませんが。（実際に係の人が時間つけてましたが、3時間以上で出されるのか、は、わからずです） この特別な部屋に泊まれたので、文句はないのですが、唯一、冷蔵庫の冷えが弱いのが残念でした。 あと、これも全員へのサービスがわかりませんが、行きか、帰り、どちらかの無料送迎がありました。こういうサービスはありがたいです。ぜひ、また泊まりたいと思います。どうもありがとうございました！

スタッフ対応は良かった。部屋も清潔だった。朝食は種類は多かったし、フォーは美味しかったが、もう少し全体のクオリティが上がると嬉しい。ビーチは近くて綺麗で良かった。はんぼうきだったので、ビーチチェアは借りる事ができなかったのは残念だった。全体としては満足できる滞在だった。

Highly recommended

Prime location with reserved hotel beach access across street. Was able to get grilled lobster and dipping sauces on the beach for about $20 USD! It was amazing. Hotel was very clean but also very busy. Huge breakfast buffet will have something for everyone. Front desk was super efficient in spite of how busy it was. They really tried hard to be courteous AND efficient!
