1. They park their van under the awning, prohibiting newcomers to drive in and check in. 2. Front desk is absolutely rude and annoyed when asked simple questions. 3. Elevators broke down today. 4. Can’t get in the pool with your room card. Need to ask front desk to let you in. The decision factor for us was the pool. The kids really wanted to swim. Apparently, they can’t get the pool cleaned and keep it closed. Extremely unfair since they advertise having an indoor pool. 5. Hallways smell and reek. 6. Homeless dude sleeping in the side lobby. 7. You get what you pay for. Disappointed in Hilton.

Everything was clean, great condition, very friendly staff, room was very large and having the kitchenette was very helpful. The hot breakfast had many great options and the best part was the free shuttle anywhere within 3 miles! It was 24/7 which was extremely helpful and saved money for parking at events.
