The cottage was perfect for 2 W soap towels & sheets provided w king sized bed TV & shower on 2nd floor Full kitchen with pots pans dishes dishwasher sofa bed Tv half bath on first floor. It was very clean almost like new - cottages were spaced out nicely also a pool. I would stay again! It is only 15 minutes to Easton's beach & cliff walk in Newport.

Truly lovely property and rooms are updated, clean and bright. We loved the mini kitchen, coffee maker and fridge. A full size Keurig as well as coffee cups, glasses and silverware all are very nice touches. The bed was adequate but not exceptional. The pool is very nice as well.
