So convenient to the St. Charles Ave streetcar. I was cautious when they said there was ample street parking, but there was, and it was safe parking. Near good restaurants.. Breakfast would be improved with items like hard-boiled eggs and bananas. AC was good. We had a nice 3 day visit.

An average stay for a busy mardigras week , but the proximity to access downtown NOLA is just a 20 min walk , experience the trolly ride as well as u like , my room is not too fancy to expect with , the most needed things to have on a stay was almost meeting it , the place is safe and can be recommended !
