Great location next to Rotterdam Central station. Room was exceptionally clean and all kitchen items clean too. Very quiet room, good range of TV channels and all the facilities worked well. Amazing facilities and staff. They thought about everything including free teas/coffees in the reception area and storage facilities for your luggage. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We only cooked breakfast but kitchen had everything you need. Very conveniently located right opposite the main train station. The Hotel itself was in a great location, very close to Rotterdam train station, trams and busroutes. The room was fantastic, roomy and clean, plus we had a great view. Staff were all very friendly and professional. It would be helpful if there were instructions in the laundry room for running the washing machine and the dryer - as these have numerous options for different types of laundry. Is there a cycle that works for all laundry types?
