Smallest room ever!.

The smallest rooms they have are extremely small. If you are taller than 180cm, you cannot even shut the door during no2! There is 30cm between the bed and the bathroom sink. There is no area in the room to place 2 carry-ons! I have never stayed in a hotel room smaller than this. On top, it is definitely expensive for what it is. Location is good but no thanks..

Very disappointed that my important request to have a disabled-access room for my elderly, disabled parents was not fulfilled. I did not know at the time of booking that the disabled-access room costs more. The hotel also wrote back to my request stating that they would ensure they would have such a room. It was not good enough to suggest, upon arrival, that my parents could change rooms halfway through their stay, as that would be hugely inconvenient to them. Please consider this feedback in terms of the health and safety, and risk management, for disabled and elderly guests. Otherwise the hotel is very well located and the cafe inside the hotel is great.

At first glance, this looks like a coffee shop - not a hotel. the rooms are very small, so don't expect to have room to put your suitcase anywhere apart from on the floor near the bed. The photos on the website are not exactly what you'll get. The toilet cubicle is so small, you can't sit on the toilet with the door shut - your knees prevent the door from closing. The shower recess had mold in it, and the shower head was so central that it's impossible to not get your hair wet - that must be why a shower cap is provided. They don't provide a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee, and there's no bar fridge and no safe. our room on the 4th floor had a window over a central atrium - that's fine until the people on the ground floor sit out there in the morning and chat - loudly. Overall - it's a low cost accommodation.
