The hotel I originally booked for this stay turned out to be a dump (Conrad Hilton would be rolling in his grave to have his name associated with it). I needed to quickly find something that would accommodate five people. I was having trouble finding a vacancy until I hit upon this. It was a lot more expensive than what I usually pay, but it was worth it. It was a really nice room, friendly staff, and a conveniet location. Highly recommended!

I was helped with my situation when I arrived! The people there were extremely patient and outgoing which isn’t something normal I can probably see around Houston, coming from El Paso, it felt comforting to be able to be here and there and have them be as honest. there were no issues at all, they were great and if I had to re-book I’d definitely book with them again. The hotel rooms are moody and have great ambience!

Quiet location, close to restaurants and freeway. Lobby bistro bar was a nice option for coffee and breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Down pillows needed a refill. But I feel most hotels we stay in have terrible pillow options as well. I will have to say the Covid signs and plastic barriers that are still in place are a bit annoying. Covid is over. The large sign in the lobby saying to wear a mask and maintain a 6 foot distance is kind of a joke.
