Very nice hotel in a great area

This hotel punched well above its 2 star weight. The room was atmospheric with beautiful long, shuttered windows and muslin curtains. A very comfortable bed with good bed linen. I’d actually booked a room with a terrace which wasn’t available but the receptionist acted in a very calm and professional manner and resolved the situation to an acceptable one and I was pleased with the room I got (probably too hot to sit on a terrace anyway).

I was disappointed we didn’t have an allocated parking space after I had emailed them and called. We ended up paying more in the public car park. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location. Coffee and water facilities very handy. Fixtures and fittings dated. Shower too strong for the shower screen to contain the water so we had a puddle every time we showered. This was dealt with but not solved.

Good Location and perks

Great place to stay. Good location to walk to most places you would want to see. Very helpful staff. They were there to answer any question we might have. Pleasant surprise to have access to free water, soda water, sodas, coffee and pastries in lobby whenever we returned from our outings. Nice patio off room. You could smell fried fish from our patio from the fried fish store around the corner. It didn’t bother us but might bother some.

Very helpful and friendly staff in a small hotel. The hotel has a terrific rooftop terrace with some beautiful views of Sevilla. Very central and near the historical places; you can walk to most of the sites. Visitors will also be spoilt for choice for places to go and eat.

Dona Manuela Hotel Sevilla

Small apartment in the center of Sevilla. We booked a family apartment which included bunk beds for the kids. The bunk beds made the room feel smaller. The windows also let a lot of the street noise into the room. Staff were friendly and very informative of the area. Close to walk to the cathedral and other important attractions.

Fantastic little hotel!

Everything was great, the location, snack bar and coffee machine, view from the room. Would have liked to have had a kettle in the room though. I did not appreciate Hotels.com advising that in my itinerary that parking was free when in fact it was 18€ per day, (total of 54€), payable to the hotel at the end of our stay. This was with the pass that we requested when booking. i expect a communication from Hotels.com advising a refund will be issued.

Although the hotel has no formal dining facilities the surrounding streets offer a multitude of options to choose from. The hotel does have complimentary coffee, nibbles and soft drinks all day.

Lovely hotel in great location. Minutes walk to old town and also 5 - 10 mins to plaza espana. Very clean in room and all hotel. Free coffee all day in reception plus a free continental breakfast. Underground car park is right in front of hotel and has a lift to street level which makes moving luggage very easy.

This was our second time in this hotel. It's a great location. Easy to walk to the main attractions of Seville and plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby. The roof terrace views are fantastic and it's a great place to chill. The drinks and snacks provided in the foyer are an added bonus. Our one negative is the noise if your room is on the front of the hotel. The price you pay for a glorious view I suppose. Despite that it's a little gem.

Responsibility Dona Manuela

Sadly, we experienced a huge theft of our belongings when our luggage was in the keeping of the hotel in their luggage hold. Our luggage was ransacked and items of high value were stolen. The police report mentions the responsibility for this theft lies with the hotel. However, we have not received any assistance from the hotel so far and it has been almost a month. We had hoped they would help with this costly and very difficult replacement. But not so far.
