Excellent value for money Great budget hotel

We live Toyoko Inn hotels. We always tried to book it if possible. The hotels are near train stations within walking distance. Free breakfast with simple food which are adequate. Good facilities. Very clean. Beds were a bit hard but still comfortable to sleep on. Bathroom was compact . Reception staff have limited English but no problem with check in. Service with a smile. It was such a great value for money.

The hotel gave me a heavy smoking room which made me cough and unbreathable. The room # is 714. I refused this room. The reception gave me a non smoking single bed room for two adults which was too small to sleep for two adults in one single bed. The room # is 409. Then the second day we moved again to a two beds room non smoking, room # is 908. The two days stay in the hotel was ruined by the move to three rooms and a non sleeping night on the 1st night due to one bed for two adults. I requested for a full refund of the stay in this hotel

靠馬路一側的房間非常吵，馬路對面就是鐵軌，班次很密集。到了深夜火車都沒停過。房間浴缸普通淋浴水都排不掉，原來之前房客的頭髮厚厚的一團沒清除，塞在排水口，實在太噁心了。
