Check in confusing due to lack of communication but we eventually got there. Busy hotel in good location but can't recommend.

Customer service is not provided or offered in this hotel. Customers do the check in and checkout themselves on a machine and if you arrive 10 or 15 minutes earlier from check-in time (3pm) you are told to wait until check-in time. No appreciation how far you've come from you have to wait! And this is the service in this hotel. Only water is free everything else you pay. Not for Europeans this hotel ☝️
