The staff is super helpful and nice. You will have a great breakfast choices to choose from such as American style or Japanese style. The area is in the Red Light District but you do not hear much noise. It is actually a safe area too. Lots of lights and nobody will bother you. The room is spacious where I could fit around 2 suitcases inside along with my bag.

Pricing is good and it's really convenient as it's near several good stores you can buy basics from and it's right next to the train station so you have access to get to anywhere you want to in Tokyo.
