All staffs were very kind. The value for money was excellent. The room was small, but clean and well maintained. It also had a washing machine, and the bathroom was very clean as well. I especially liked that free coffee and juice were available on the first floor from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

This is the second time we stay in this hotel. It's a bit far away from popular station. We arrived at around 11am in the morning. They assigned us a parking space. They even parked the car for me which is very nice action. After we parked the car we paid. And when we come back and we can not check-in ourselves. When we went to the reception, they asked us to paid for the second time for the parking. We can understand this but we believe that they should tell us earlier or we might park somewhere instead. BTW, we love the choice to have Laundry in our own room.

Room was spotless with a lot of amenities, Including a washer/dryer! Close to all the main areas and the winter illumination! Easy to walk to from Sapporo station due to the underground walkway! Lovely little seat and table for two in the room which is unusual. Only issue if you were staying for more than a night was that it lacked space to store clothes (common issue I've found in Japan)!
