Nice location with unhappy Front Desk

The hotel is allocated at a prime location. Just next to the Fukui station. Good value for money. However, the front staff was not very happy. Don't get me wrong. They are helpful but not happy.

朝食のサービスはありがたかった。団体利用もあったせいか、朝食開始の６時半には長蛇の列となっていた。朝食スペース・並ぶスペースが狭かったが誘導するスタッフがいなかったのは残念だった。 私は４人族で利用したが、部屋で食事をするとなると、食事を置くスペース、座るスペースがかなり限定された。ビジネスホテルなので致し方ないのかもしれない。 駅ビル街にあるので、高層階でも景観は良くない。チェックイン・チェックアウトは画面でセルフで行う。スタッフはカウンターの奥から指示出しする形で、あまり親切だとは思わなかった。

謝罪

今回で2回目の利用です。 初回は普通でしたが、今回、部屋の棚がベトベトした感じがあり、また、洗面所の取っ手が手垢で汚く、ダメ押しで洗面所からバスにかけて髪の毛がいくつも壁にへばりついていました。さすがに3回続いたので、スタッフに部屋に来て見てもらい、部屋を変えてもらいましたが、謝罪の言葉はありませんでした。 掃除担当とは部署が違うと思ってるのでしょうか？ 次の日、そのスタッフがフロントにいてチエックアウトしましたが、何の言葉もありませんでした。 他のホテルでトラブルで部屋を交換すると、対応していなかったスタッフでも「昨日は失礼致しました」と一言あります。 やはり、ホテルのランクによって教育に差があるんですね。 名の知れたホテルでも、中途半端なところは対応悪いですもんね。
