Perfekt for a stay at Scottland!

Our mobile home was very clean, nearly new ald well prepared with all the stuff you need. In pinple words: We will definitly come back! A supermarket and gas station is only a few miles away. Te only negative point is the railway line in front of the Country Park. Bat it is not as bas as you think!

Clean, charachterless, nothing to write home about

Static home overlooked a gravel car park eveb though was purchased as luxury customer sevice was poor, asked to borrow an iron as going to a wedding as mentioned in the listing but wanted £20 to loan one, same for a travel cot. Playground ubder construction and wasnt informed, building work going on all day with diggers, also not mentioned.

First let me say Marie in customer service was great. But when we first arrived into unit. Could not get into bathroom door locked from inside. Got inside and there was no toilet paper, or hot water, towels. Had to rent towels. I played with propane thing and got hot water.( did call emergency number received no answer)Thank goodness we had our own toilet paper. Went to turn heat on for bed no heat. Maintenance fixed in morning. Went to cook dinner that night no propane to stove. Gave up at that point. We were traveling from Canada i booked this property because it said it had laundry facilities, but it did not. If you are not going to turn water etc on before a guest arrives Some kind of instructions or pictures would be helpful. I enjoyed my stay in moffat not because of my accommodation but because of the people i came to visit.

2/10 Poor

This was a small manufactured house on jacks with no skirting. Couldn't check in until 4:15 ( check-in at 4), yet had to leave at 10. Had to pay for towels. Two of the three bedrooms had two single beds each crammed into a small space. Toenail clippings on the floor and in one bed. Changed bedding ourselves with provided bedding. Horrible!!

Overall it was ok the park & area was lovely we have realised we need an ramp for our dog as he found the caravan stairs a bit hard to get up as he is elderly and not so nimble on his feet but only caravans for dogs are the stair ones, the bar on site was not open until the last night of our holiday which I found a bit annoying but not enough to dampen our holiday spirtits

Caravan was fine however upon arriving the park wasn’t complete and also kitchen was undergoing a renovation so only pizzas were available even though the app stated other food was available

Good location. Towels not provided contrary to booking info. Had to buy towels from moffat mill as even though towels could be rented, the staff member had no access to them. Restaurant and bar only open fri and sat.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Great location. All amenities for self catering. Tranquil & lush surroundings. Top place for a relaxing holiday.

Mixed feelings

Great location over all and the static home was better than expected however it is right next to a railway line with trains running throughout the day/night which disturbs the otherwise peaceful surroundings. Hefty price to use the laundry facilities- £6 for 1 wash and dry. Staff friendly however I feel they could of done more to rectify our problematic checking in.

First time glamper!

I booked the glamping pod at Moffat Manor as a gift for my boyfriends birthday. I didn't know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised! The glamping pod came with more than I expected, there were even bathrobes left for us to use. The staff were friendly, and gave a great explanation of what facilities were available, we didn't venture into the on site pub as we only stayed 2 nights and ate whilst out, however, it looked fab and they had live music on the Saturday. The campsite was quiet overall and the people staying there were very polite. As for the pod, I would recommend and I would stay again. It came equipped with a small fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron & ironing board, tv and heaters. It really did take long to heat up on the two occasions it got cold enough to require a little heat, equally it got really warm at one point and opening the door slightly cooled the room quite quickly. The bed was really comfortable and there was plenty of space for your belongings. The bathroom was just the right size, with a very powerful shower to get cleaned after the long days exploring. We walked down to the pond one night and sat watching the wildlife, again, it was very peaceful and there appeared to be no one making any noise. Would highly recommend, especially for anyone looking for that in between of camping or staying in a caravan!

Perfect setting for a break

This park has it all if you’re looking for a quiet break away. We were in the “glamping pod” and it was perfect for our needs. The park itself is clean with loads of woodland to explore plus a gorgeous loch on site. The bar on site has a lovely welcoming atmosphere with plenty of activities for both adults and kids and the food is amazing! All the staff were friendly and we will definitely be back
