Enjoyed our stay at the Royal Center Center, staff was very friendly and courteous, specially Thales at the front desk and Sandra from housekeeping. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

First and last time staying here

This place is not at all like what the pictures make it seem to be. The pictures they use to advertise the rooms weren't at all like what our room was like. Our room was very small and not very comfortable. Breakfast wasn't too bad but not the best. Our room keys would deactivate all the time. They said if they were too close to keys, coins, or credit cards they would deactivate. Never encountered room keys so finicky before in my life. They seemed to deactivate if they left the room, stayed in the room, saw the sun, didn't see the sun, saw the moon, didn't see the moon, if you looked at it the wrong way, or the right way, if it heard you speak, if it didn't hear you speak. They deactivated incredibly easily and we had to get them reactivated almost every single day. It was bizarre. Never encountered that before in my life. The only redeeming quality this place had was it's location. Which is relatively close to most of the major tourist attractions and sights. I would never stay here again, especially for what you pay. You also have to pay for parking if you have a car.

Primeiramente um ponto em destaque:o hotel tem funcionários prestativos,de muito boa vontade em ajudar,o que nos dias de hoje, muitas vezes não ocorre:Recepção,limpeza,cozinha. A localização é excelente,só se informar direitinho. O quarto limpo e bem arrumado,chuveiro quente, ar condicionado ótimo, deixandoo quarto bem agradável. Café da manhã delicioso, o bolo de chocolate uma atração à parte,não sou fã e achei maravilhoso. Area de piscina e academia satisfatórias. O estacionamento é bom,mas,além de cobrança à parte ,infelizmente, pequeno, desta forma,pode não comportar todos os veículos dos hóspedes,demos sorte, tinha a vaga no dia do check-in. Mas,não acredito ter problemas maiores em deixar na rua,vagas em frente a recepção do hotel, tem uma delegacia na lateral do hotel... No geral,recomendo e apesar dos muitos comentários contrários, q relataram experiência diferente da nossa acho q vale a pena tentar. Realmente, nossa experiência foi muito boa.

Nos surpreendeu o hotel. Boa localização, muito próximo ao shopping, perto do centro. Quarto confortável, chuveiro muito bom, roupas de cama e banho limpas, ar condicionado funcionando e frigobar. O café da manhã com variedade de frutas, pães e bolos, yogurte, cereais. Como pegamos o trem muito cedo eles anteciparam nossa entrada no restaurante para nós. O custo x benefício desse hotel é muito bom. Super recomendamos.
