There was no one on site when we got there. No answer on the number that was left so we had to Google their sister hotel to find that number. The hotel was very ran down. We had no hot water. New Year’s Eve we came back to our door code not working and they changed it to a generic code that all the rooms would use. They had to have someone come the next day to reset them. The young man who came was very kind. We also found a cockroach on our refrigerator door that evening and when he came the next day to reset the code for the door he brought a can of spray . Very disappointed that we were not told about the situation and ran down condition at the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel due to no one being on site to fix the problems that kept occurring and the condition of the property.

When we got to the motel, there was a sign indicating that the lobby was no longer staffed and there was not daily housekeeping. If you needed anything you had to call their sister property. The number provided was actually no longer in service. We googled the sister company and was able to get ahold of someone (who was great) and got us checked in over the phone. We were there over new years and short after midnight we walked back to our rooms to find out that nobody could get in as the key pads were no longer working. The entire motel occupants were waiting outside in the cold to get ahold of someone at the sister hotel. Once we finally started getting ahold of people conversations started happening amongst the guests and discussions about how to get into the rooms as the keypads were being set with a certain set of digits and your hotel room number. Upon realizing that now every person at this motel could technically get into our room if they used their key code with our room number, that was alarming! We slept with our luggage under the doorknob so we’d be alerted if anyone came in. The following morning we called to get it reset to something specific to us only to be told maintenance would have to come do it. It took an hour for them to come, which took up valuable little time that we had to explore the area. Everyone from the sister company (phone clerks and maintenance were very nice). Rooms were in rough shape with mold and toilets that moved. Spotty hot water.

Room was not as advertised. Motel set to be demolished after 1st of year. Bed had hair in it. Sink was molded & glass broken. No attendant on duty to sign in. Tried to get a refund from you & the number you had on file was incorrect. I sent a picture of the note taped to the door showing who to call. We ended up leaving this nasty motel & going to somewhere else without using your site since it was so misleading with this one. Very disappointed in your app.

We will never stay here again. There is no attendant on duty. You have to call to check in. We had to go buy toilet tissue since no one was on site. We had no hot water and it was infested with ants. The walls are really thin and you can hear someone in next room talking really clear.

The room was very unlit and unhygienic to stay. We checkout out of the room immediately, since it had very dusty cabinets and a weird smell that tells that the room has not been openend in a while. The price of the room was low but we did not expect the quality of the room be so poor. The lobby at the facility did not have anyone, we had to call a number given which also dont pick calls after a certain point. Would highly recommend choosing somewhere else than saving a couple bucks for your own peace.

No one at front desk during check in just a sign taped to the window saying call this number noone answered because it was the wrong number So had to drive back and forth to sister hotel during rush hour in Gatlinburg so that wasted 2 hours Absolutely disgusting room No hot water Very dirty and a nasty odor in the room . Avoid at all costs !!!

Horrible, pictures and description is a lie!

When?\n Arrived, there was no staff and on the website. It says staff from 7 AM to 3 in the afternoon that was not the case. There was no one there until 4, and when I called, I had to call a different hotel for them to tell me, oh, we're sorry, no 1 will be there until 3 or 4, we have no housekeeping. I couldn't Check-in early. I fought with hotels.com. Because the pictures do not match the hotel at all. It is run down disgusting hotel. No breakfast, no pool smelled like mold and marijuana. No help from staff. No one was there in the office but 1 Day Out of the 4 days I was there. And he wasn't even a hotel staff, he was just someone that would tell you call the number on the window, they'll help you. I had 2000 my room, one washcloth. The sheets were disgusting, there was mold in the corners of the bathroom and the tub, the door barely locked the toilet didn't flush hardly at all. Had a 1/2 used roll of toilet paper had had a coffee pot with no coffee, had a microwave that had no microwave plate. So you couldn't use it. The frigerator that was in there was hot and wouldn't keep anything. Cold, I do not recommend this place. Stay away from this place. It is absolutely atrocious and it is a long uphill.Walk to your hotel and the staff what staff.

This place was horrible. There is NO ONE working there. Had to call a number to check in and was given a "code" to check in. How safe is this??? People watching while you punch in your code. No one to clean the room, no one to ask for more towels since there weren't many. The room appeared clean but upon further checking, it could have been cleaner. I know now why it was cheap. Will not be back.

You need to take this property off of Expedia. There is no manager on sight. You have to call the number on the door and then they give you your room number and code. There is nobody there to address any issues and the lobby is always locked. There was barely any toilet paper on the roll and when we requested another roll of toilet paper, I was advised housekeeping was done for the day and would have to go to their “sister” property to get some. They should be bringing it to us! We had to make do with what was there and what little facial tissue available. Light bulb was out in the bathroom and the rest of the lighting in the room was too dim! The lock to the room was duct taped to the door! This hotel needs to be shut down. This is the most awful experience I’ve had with a hotel found through Expedia. I wish we could get a refund.
