Nice warm welcome;centrally located ;very neat and clean, sumptuous breakfast and lunch collect service . Very good value for money . The pick was their free welcome cookie. We purchased 5 more as they were emeralds yummy cookies .will love to stay again

The hotel is huge. To get to your room requires quite some walking in long corridors and then wait for the elevator which is small. It is interesting how they provide only one room key to a group of five people. The management should think of offering guests more than one room key. Our appartment had two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. There was only one air conditioner that was placed in the living room which made it very inconvenient for the two bedrooms to get cooled down. It was very hot in July. The fridge was not working, it was not cooling down the drinks that we kept there. We called reception to tell them, but they didn't do much. Plus, some staff didn't speak sufficient English. The breakfast was wonderful. Parking is free. The hotel is far from the historic center so you need to drive.

A very nice hotel. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. He explained everything regarding the hotel in an excellent way. The building, rooms and facilities are in really good shape. The hotel was clean and very modern. The room had AC. Breakfast was absolutely top notch. Very rich and kept very fresh all times. Hotel has it's own parking lot if the parking on the street are full. Really worth a stay

Otel temiz, bakımlıydı. Çalışanlar güleryüzlüydü. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Kakava şenlikleri için gelmiştik. Otel şenlik alanına biraz uzak, yürüme mesafesi değil. Şahsi araba yada taksi kullanmanız iyi olur. Arabanız varsa otelin önünde arabayı rahatça koyabileceğiniz bir sokak var. Haliyle otopark ücreti yok. Otelin altında cafe var. Kahveleri çok iyiydi.

Eşim ve oğlumla 1 gece kaldık, girişte cookie ikram ettiler , otel temiz ve bakımlıydı. Oda büyüklüğü idealdi , kahvaltı açık büfe idi; güzel ve çeşitleri güzeldi. Gece kalorifer çalışmaya başladı ama biraz oda soğuktu, gerçi bizde klimayı çalıştırmadık burunda kuruma yapmasın diye . Tavsiye ederim.
