Na recepção foi me dado um quarto em frente a um bar na rua. Este bar era extremamente ruidoso e tive que solicitar uma mudança para outro quarto. A recepcionista que me deu o quarto inicialmente foi maldosa e fez com o objetivo de causar aborrecimento. Não sei qual o motivo e acredito que ela deva ser treinada para atender os hóspedes com igualdade e sem preconceitos.

Tive um experiência incrível, durante a minha hospedagem, principalmente o pessoal da recepção e de maneira muito especial ao Felipe que fez o nosso check in, atendimento nota 10, extremamente educado e atencioso. Só um ponto de atenção o café servido no domingo estava com um gosto um pouco alterado (queimado). Fora isso o hotel é excelente. Recepção quase proibiu minha filha de entrar no nosso quarto, pois suspeitava que ela ficaria hospedada, apesar de explicar no momento do check in que ela só ficaria até chegar o horário de levá-la até à casa de um amigo. O sistema de TV só transmitia alguns canais (globo, por exemplo não pegava), e mesmo assim de maneira precária. A antipatia do hotel se dá também no recado na porta do elevador que, caso houvesse pedido de comida, eles não forneceriam talheres, somente por aluguel por "somente" R$ 50,00 por conjunto (garfo, faca e colher). E que eles confeririam ao final da estadia se os mesmos foram devolvidos. Em resumo, a impressão que fica é que os hóspedes são suspeitos de tentar fazer algo errado ou tentar se se aproveitar de alguma situação ou "levar vantagem". Não recomendo esse hotel.

Hotel maravilhoso! Somente o funcionário da Chácara que é sempre Rude com os hóspedes. Os chuveiros dos quartos sai pouca agua, dificultando quem tem cabelo comprido, poderiam colocar algo que fizesse uma pressurização para saída de mais agua nos chuveiros.

Amo ficar hospedada nesse hotel, um único ponto é que poderiam verificar sobre a vazão de água dos chuveiros. É bem fraca a quantidade de água que sai, e para quem tem cabelos muito longos como eu, demora quase 1 hora para lavar… um pressurizador nas caixas d’água ajudaria muito.
