Initially,They did not have a room with double bed. I paid extra for it. The room they had for us had 3 single beds...😲the guy tried to blame Expedia for it. I kindly asked him to check of he had another room, and he placed us in the room we paid for...a girls got to fight even for something she paid extra for...shame!!!

Os funcionários são excelentes. Cordiais e prestativos. No banheiro não havia shampoo e condicionar disponíveis. Entendo que é uma amenidade porém praticamente todos os hotéis oferecem esses itens. A limpeza do quarto, em especial do banheiro, também deixou a desejar no dia que solicitei. O variedade do café da manhã já foi melhor na outra vez que fiquei hospedado no mesmo hotel. Os sachês de sal estavam úmidos o que inviabilizava utiliza-los. Os blisters de manteiga não estavam armazenados em ambiente refrigerado (encontravam-se em cima das mesas junto dos sachês) e embora na validade a manteiga estava rançosa. O hotel estava em reforma o que só foi avisado no momento do check-in. De um modo geral a localização do hotel faz compensar o preço da diária. Acredito que melhorando os pontos acima o hotel poderia praticar preços até mais competitivos.

Custo benefício muito bom. Excelente equipe, quarto limpo, café da manhã condizente. O único ponto a melhorar é o regulamento absurdo que na prática proíbe a saída sem camisa do hotel. Considerando que é um hotel de praia, o hotel deveria ter uma saída de praia ou não ficar proibindo hóspede de ir a praia sem camisa.
