Our stay was GREAT! There is NO shuttle service done by hotel, it’s that the local taxis are available. We had the FREENOIW app which was PERFECT for reserving a taxi ride where we needed or wanted to go. The hotel room was clean and modern. There was a small fridge but NO microwave. Nice rooftop with tables and chairs and free coffee machine!

The staff was very helpful and kind. They never missed an opportunity to greet us. Location was perfect! Walking distance to Casa Batllo and Casa Mila. Also very close to excellent shopping on Passig de Gràcia. Subway station is also not far and then from there, you can go anywhere in the city! Lobby and reception area was very small, but is to be expected in this area. Rooftop space was very nice and fun to watch the city activity from there.

I recently stayed at Mosaic by Ona and found the overall experience to be average. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable, though not exceptional, and the staff were generally okay—polite but not particularly attentive. Unfortunately, my stay was impacted by an unresolved maintenance issue. I reported a problem with the shower early on and was assured that it would be addressed. However, no one came to fix it during my stay, which was quite disappointing and inconvenient. While the property has potential, better follow-through on guest concerns would significantly improve the experience.
