Lovely stay at all-suites. Staff friendly and room perfect for what we needed. Adjoining to the Abu Dhabi Mall and a short walk to the main Beach Rotana hotel and all associated facilities. The staff and service was excellent. From check in to check out the staff members were extremely helpful and courteous (Sheheryar, George, Saleh and Naveen! The location is very convenient with lots of dining options in the area and the Abu Dhabi mall connected to the hotel internally! However, the beach area is a flop. The hotel shouldnt be calling itself a beach hotel because its really a very small shore area that is surrounded by concrete structures and buildings (clear and depressing views of the Cleveland clinic)!

Service at breakfast, which was included in our Hotel.com rate, had an excellent selection. Shane who managed the breakfast area most morning was great! She was so attentive and entered our breakfast order to the kitchen as soon as she saw us. Some mornings were very busy and she managed the rush with calm confidence. The room was always cleaned well. It was refreshing to come back to a tidied room. We worked at night. The internet was great and easy to access. The gym is in great shape and has almost any machine you can need. It’s a good size and has the feel of a public gym vs a small hotel gym. The pool is very beautiful but the weather was too warm for the beach and pool.
