Nice hotel close ton the port. Clean room though a bit better with air conditioning Coffee is available in the reception 6.00 am until noon Big swimming pool. Did not use internet Large parking lot in front of the hotel. Fairly close to some shops and a convenience store

El trato al cliente en recepción es acogedor, el hotel te ofrece café de cortesía. El personal de limpieza/camaristas hacen muy buen trabajo, acondicionan la habitación muy bien. La ubicación está céntrica, pero lo que hay al rededor deja mucho que desear, no encaja. Observación: Reservé habitación para 2 personas con 1 cama queen size y me dieron habitación con 2 camas matrimoniales. La habitación #220 necesita urgentemente reparación en puerta del baño, está rota a la altura de la bisagra baja, además que la chapa se atora horrible. En la pared de la entrada del baño había una mancha de sangre o algo parecido. Recomendación: Poner algún tapete en la entrada del baño, ya que cuando sales de bañarte no hay en que secarte los pies y por ende se hace un caos en el suelo. ¿Me volvería a hospedar? Si

al llegar al hotel recepcionista me nego el acceso diciendo que no había habitaciones, insistí que Expedia me confirmó la reservación, que incluso había más habitaciones disponibles y ella insistía que no había disponibilidad, como no me moví y le dije que hablaría a Expedia, de mala gana accedió a entregarnos las habitaciones

El lugar es un lugar muy tranquilo y el precio es bastante accesible a comparación de otros, la alberca es adecuada por el precio y siempre está limpia. Lo único que no me agrado fue que al llegar encontramos 2 cucarachas pequeñas, dijimos en recepción, hicieron limpieza a fondo de la habitación y los siguientes 2 días de mi estancia fueron excelentes. Esta cerca del Malecón, recomiendo que lo visiten, un excelente lugar para hacer ejercicio al aire libre y gratis.

regularmente nos hospedamos ahí, la atención ha sido buena, incluso resguardan cosas cuando las olvidamos... solo en esta ocasión algo paso con otros huespedes que el ambiente en la mañana resulto hostil, había molestia en parte del personal. nosotros fuimos bien portados! siempre recomendare! alberca limpia, toallas.
