A little questionable at checkin because the guy at the front desk didn’t even look up our reservation, but we got a room and it was alright. Beds were comfortable, the cords plugging in the TV and air conditioner were a little crazy, the place felt empty, but we got s good nights sleep.

The person at the “front desk” was very creepy & yelled at me. This is a very unsafe place to stay. He was also peering out the window at us when we left with his face pressed to the window.

For $80 a night I would have expected cleaner facilities and a more comfortable bed. The place is extremely run down and shouldn’t even be offered on Expedia.

Please stay somewhere else

We had to leave the hotel after 5 minutes because of the poor cleanliness and disgusting smell. We lost our money but could not stay in a place with hairs on the towels, stains all over the bathroom and shower curtains, and a cigarette smell.

Beware of this motel

Do not book a room at this place! Made a reservation at hotels.com and when we arrived at the motel, the attendant had no more vacancies. He attempted to push us off to another location without offering a refund.

Spiders crawling on the beds. Cigarette burns on the blankets. Tv not working. Tiles missing in the bathroom. Lawn chair out front for seating.

Worst hotel ever

Absolutely god-awful. The room was filthy and had various bugs in it. The sheets and towels were dirty and had hair in them. People loitering outside the rooms, obviously under the influence and offering drugs for sale. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

The place is a dump. Lights in the room don't work. Looks like they never ever clean the place. Manager walks around with he's shirt off. The place needs to be rip down. Or a complete redo. 160 per night. Is a joke. I hope it burns down.

We Have No Reservations for You!

When we arrived the Hotel Owner who doesn't speak very good English did not have our Booking from Hotels.com I showed him our itinerary but he had nothing. He was able to get us 2 Rooms but not what we had booked. Overall I will not be using Hotels.com again. The Owner of Lake Land Inn was very nice but the Rooms need a little work. They were Clean and no Bugs.
