Value for the money £15 taxi to city center-rail station. Stairs no elevator. A few pubs nearby. Rose Reilly's Pub had friendly staff and a lovely crowd both Fri & Sat night. We also had a chippy not far from that pub. Great weekend.

On arrival the Staff were ok. The rooms looked ok at the start but the more you look the more you find. It’s very apparent for the cost, you pay for what you get. The pillows and quilt were dirty, can see stains all over them. Can hear everything going on in and around the building even though we were on the 4th floor. I didn’t complain whilst there because it’s cheap and you pay cheap. The least they could do is have clean sheets and flowing water, the water kept cutting out mid shower and sometimes wouldn’t turn on for 10 mins. Other than that the accommodation is close to the city centre, it’s easy to get there by bus, train taxi or even walk (40 min). There is free parking on site or even on the streets.

The only thing positive to say about this is the location, if you are going to a match at Hampden Park. The place is worn and loud. The socalled double bed was 140 at best. Front-desk staff met us with a child on her arm. Cannot recommend this place.
