There was a small inconvenience when we first got in our room, but we went to the front desk right away and the man at the front desk was very accommodating! He wanted to make sure we had a great stay and we did. I wish we had gotten his name but we appreciate how kind/accommodating he was! The breakfast was nice to have and the room was very nice and parking was good. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was so helpful and courteous! I belive the gentleman that checked us in on Saturday (April 18th) evening was Kyle. He went way beyond the call of duty to help us retrieve a misplaced item, to include calling my cell and knocking on my hotel door to notify me that my item was awaiting at the front desk!

I was very impressed with this hotel. It was extremely quiet, and the room was exceptionally well soundproofed. In fact, I’ve never stayed in a hotel room with such good sound insulation. The breakfast was good and perfectly adequate. The only things we think could be improved are the pillows, which were a bit too thin, and the housekeeping service. We didn’t receive any room service during our stay, although we probably could have if we had requested it. I understand that the hotel charges for parking, but I do think it’s a bit unfortunate to have to pay for parking on top of the room rate. That said, it wasn’t a major issue. We had a problem with the TV, and it was resolved within minutes after we reported it to the front desk. The service was outstanding (10/10), and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is also very close to the beach—less than a 5-minute walk away. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I would 100% recommend this hotel.
