My stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations! Unfortunately, we had an issue with our luggage being stolen from the bus, and we were feeling very stressed and unsure of what to do. Despite being busy, the hotel staff showed incredible empathy and kindness—they even allowed us to check in early. We are truly grateful for this thoughtful gesture. It was a bit challenging to find but was otherwise an excellent stay! The building felt secure, there was an elevator, the hotel itself was lovely, and the location was so close to the Spanish steps! The staff we met was very helpful and kind! Make sure you have WhatsApp because they messaged a day before to confirm check in time, and I feel like would have been helpful had I had my notifications turned on!
