Staff is super helpful and efficient. Because we have whole day snorkelling trip, staff helped us prepare very nice bento box. Room is very clean with breathtaking view over the ocean. Bathtub is super comfy. Onsen is nice with good view as well of the partial sunset. Everything is perfect. Dinner is also amazing, with plenty of food with both local and Hokkaido delicacies.

其實就是一間有日式旅館裝潢的旅店，食物和房間只是裝裝樣子而已，細節粗糙，房間設施有各種各樣的問題，例如風吹窗戶的聲音很響難以入睡、空調控制板反應非常不靈敏、浴盆的下水塞子，即便已經按下去但還是漏水…諸如此類。菜餚也是看起來厲害，但味道很普通。如果你在日本不同的地方住過真正的日式旅館，不要對這裡抱持期待。 前台有一位工作人員解決問題的效率很差，房間出了問題三番五次來敲門，得到的答覆都只是忍耐一下第二天再解決。最後在我的堅持下當天解決了，但需要我第二天去和值班的經理再解釋一遍。這不應該是你們在內部互相溝通嗎？
