Our room wasn’t clean, we were told 30 minutes after our check-in that our room was ready. The room wasn’t touched after the people who stayed there before us, piles of towels, etc. When we contacted the staff, the front desk lady was super rude to us. We waited about 45 minutes in the hallway for someone to come and clean the room.

I don’t think AC worked. Didn’t see any controls anywhere. Entrance looks like you are walking into a very rough place but rooms are clean and presentable, but very basic. Supplies are extremely minimal. No food items whatsoever. I did not compare prices, so I cannot speak for value. The location was excellent, and we felt safe. Door and walls are paper thin. That all said, we did have a nice stay!

This property is not a common hotel with front desk and others amenities. It definitely work for what i need that was a good bed, bathroom and A/C. Safe and close to a lot of restaurants. My room have canal view and it was clean and comfy. No staff present but you can text them for any questions or needs. They will text instructions and code for doors. If you follow the instructions there will not be any issue. I liked and i will recommend for a quick 2 o 3 days trip unless you preferred full service hotel, this will be great.
