Very clean room and bathroom, quiet and comfortable. The self check-in was clear and easy, the building was also easy to find and close to the touristic center (10-15 minutes walking), bus stops (easy to get from-to the train station), a supermarket & mini market, and restaurants. The rooms are at the top floor with no elevator (3 floors to climb, ~60 steps), but it was manageable. It was essential to rest after days of sightseeing such a beautiful city!

Very good location and accessible to old town. Instructions for access clear when property and keypad identified from street level. Room was spacious and comfortable. Large bathroom. Aircon unit was important. Photo might help. Communications clear on day. Not so after the local tax paid. Room was 3rd floor stairs only walk. Could be an issue for some?

No es un hotel es un apartamento con 3 habitaciones y un baño exterior para las 3, no hay baño individual. Por otro lado no tiene parking aunque lo dice la descripción, hay que ir a buscar un parking en la calle y estando en el centro es algo complejo y molesto. La propiedad está en buen estado, pero tal vez la descripción no es adecuada empezando porque debe decir que es una habitación de un apartamento.

Buena ubicación y comunicación con el propietario.

Habitación cuádruple con aire acondicionado y baño privado. Cama grande y dos pequeñas. Hicimos entrada autónoma y la comunicación con el propietario fue genial. A tener en cuenta que está en un tercero sin ascensor aunque para nosotros no fue un problema. Bien ubicado, en 10 minutos a pie llegas a la Arena di Verona.

Excelente ubicación, limpio y ordenado

En lo particular, a mi me pareció una excelente opción de hospedaje por ubicación, a parte el lugar es limpio y ordenado, quedaba relativamente cerca del centro histórico, caminamos poco para llegar a él. Para nosotros no fue problema subir maletas sin elevador, ya q está en el último piso, pero no fue tan complicado. Las instrucciones fueron claras y precisas, pude tener parking gratuito gracias a q tiene espacio techado en un parking, yo lo recomendaría ampliamente.

This property can only be described as…broken. Everything had something wrong with it - the door handle to the bathroom broke so my travel buddy and I had to have the door wide open at all times, plug sockets hanging out of the walls, toilet doesn’t flush properly etc etc. This just made the whole experience of the room pretty rubbish. We weren’t greeted by anyone which we didn’t really mind but with the state of the room I wasn’t surprised that we never saw the owner to be honest. It’s such a shame too because the room is in such a brilliant location. If you’re looking for somewhere just to sleep and don’t care about a good quality of room then this is fine but I wish I had listened to the previous reviews on this one and rethought my booking.

This place was not worth the price with the condition and extra mile you had to do to get here along with 3 flight of stairs when getting into the building. This place is kinda hard to find if taking public transportation and having to walk because it doesn’t get you all the way there unless of course you used a taxi. The room itself was in okay condition but was dirty. Upon arrival the bed was cover in bugs and dirt and the bed was extremely uncomfortable, there is also an awkward sun roof right in the middle of the bed which being light in the morning as you sleep and you don’t get good rest because of that and the bed it self being complete lopsided other problem was the a/c it did not functional worked well and stop randomly and would not turn back on nor would it stay on. The bathroom is right next to you which is greatly convenient but also loud with the other guest who stay. The communication was good upon arrival. The hallway which was nice had water to drink. This place would be a last resort if you needed to stay here: you don’t get any sleep and itch all night.

Pessimo soggiorno. Struttura mal tenuta,mancava delle cose essenziali quali un appendiabiti anche a vista(ho dovuto sistemare il contenuto dello zaino su una sedia),di comodini ,di un tavolo anche piccolo su cui appoggiare qualcosa.Nessun gancio o appoggio nel bagno.Ma la cosa piu'terribile l'impossibilità di comunicare con i resposabili poiché non rispondeva nessuno ne'al telefono né via wa.Il che e'stato molto grave specie al self-check in,quando non riuscivo a trovare la chiave della camera,poiché non era dove indicato.Ma,,ciliegina sulla torta,ho penato tantissimo per avere una ricevuta,per me indispensabile,avendo pagato in contanti.Ho dovuto fare una denuncia alla finanza per convincerlo a rilasciarmi la ricevuta.Non mi ha risposto per un pomeriggio intero.Solo l'indomani,quando l'ho informato della denuncia, poi ritirata,si è convinto a rispondermi via wa e a mandarmela.Mai vista una gestione così insensibile ai bisogni del cliente.
