Don't trust Hotels.com or the hotel for the free cancellation promise! I needed to delay my check-in by a day, and Hotels.com simply didn't manage to contact the hotel. I did manage (after insisting a lot!!), But they didn't accept my contact as the reservation was guaranteed by Hotels.com, according to them. In addition, the hotel kept my passport by mistake for 5 days at the reception and didn't bother to let me know. I missed an international flight for this reason.

Ao chegar no hotel aprox 13:30h, fui fazer o check-in na recepção e a atendente me pediu para aguardar. Eu estava com meu bebê e muitas malas, cansada da viagem, mas não questionei pois o horário informado de check-in é as 14h. Às 14:30h ainda não havia sido chamada e só fui atendida após cobrar atendimento. O quarto tem o básico e uma coloração não harmoniosa. Na manhã do segundo dia a descarga já não funcionava. Ao sair para tomar café da manhã, pedi na recepção que, se tivesse alguém da limpeza disponível, que fosse limpar o quarto porque eu iria voltar com meu bebe e provavelmente ele dormiria, não sendo possível realizar a limpeza nesse período. No horário não havia ninguém porque não limparam o quarto. Sai mais uma vez para passear com o meu filho e solicitei a limpeza. Ao voltar vi que o quarto estava parcialmente limpo, com roupa de cama trocada, banheiro limpo, mas algumas sujeiras no chão. A descarga ainda não funcionava, provavelmente a funcionária verificou que não estava funcionando, mas nada fez a respeito para solucionar o problema. Eu tive que cobrar um reparo e a pessoa da manutenção demorou para chegar. O cartão do quarto descarrega facilmente. Os elevadores são pequenos e por muitas vezes temos que aguardar várias paradas por causa da lotação, ainda mais na minha condição, com malas e carrinho de bebê. O café da manhã é saboroso, com ovos, pães, queijo, frutas e café com leite. Não oferecem outras refeições

Hotel ótimo, localização perto do que eu precisava! Gostei bastante! O único problema foi que na primeira manhã que eu estava no hotel, logo cedo as camareiras ficavam falando altíssimo no celular no corredor na porta do meu quarto! Sei que era celular pq escutava alguém respondendo! Me acordaram e não consegui mais dormir! Ficaram pelo menos 2 horas no celular falando sei lá com quem! Foi a única coisa que achei ruim na minha estadia! Acho uma enorme falta de respeito com o hóspede que vai para o hotel descansar ser acordado tão cedo e ter que ouvir a conversa das camareiras no celular! Celular deveria ser evitado nos corredores! Se elas precisarem falar com alguém, podem ir até a ala íntima dos funcionários, longe do corredor, ou então por mensagem de texto que não faz barulho! Hotel e barulho de manhã cedo não combinam!
