This was the best room we had our entire Italy trip. From the host meeting us out on the sidewalk and helping us with our luggage up to the room, to the amazing breakfast delivered to our room the next morning. I would stay here again if I ever decide to return to Naples.

Convenient location and room is clean and modernized. Friendly staff. The neighborhood outside is convenient in proximity to train station, but appears pretty run down and doesn’t feel super safe with the kids. The staff was communications over WhatsApp and met us outside the building and escorted us into the property. The building hosts many residences from various companies. Once you’re inside, it’s nice and well maintained. Breakfast service and everyone so friendly made up for the exterior shortcomings.

The property is well located close to Naples Central Station. It’s a 6 minute walk from the square . The manager communicated all the information of the property, location to eat and what to visit for a quick overnight layover in Naples. Room was super clean and refreshing . Washroom was spacious .

This was the perfect hotel for our quick trip to Naples. It is two blocks away from the train station and metro. The staff was friendly and eager to help us navigate the area and suggest things to do. The room was clean and had great air conditioning which was a must for the hot and humid summer weather.

Location is just few steps from Napoli station. For dining and shopping, it is 15 minutes away from main area . Room was clean and well prepared and the staff was very kind and helpful. He told us what to see during our short stay in Napoli. We thought Napoli was a transit city but all liked staying in Napoli when we left.

We LOVED staying here, and would definitely return. We’ve been full time travelling for a while and this was our favorite stay in Italy. For context, we are a small family with a baby. I think the thing that makes it are the owners! Super helpful, they gave a great orientation, local recommendations, and truly took the time to ensure our stay was comfortable. Mossimo and his wife were so wonderful with their amazing customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure we arrived safely and gave us the best recommendations for food, attractions, and enjoying ourselves. We were so happy we stayed here- better than any other 5 star hotel services and the location is prime for walking to many places. The train station is less than 5 min walk, so we were able to get to Pompeii very easily. Thank you for being such great hosts!

The hosts were so unbelievably friendly and helpful and the rooms are great. Breakfast being delivered to your room every morning was a bonus. Location is convenient for many things but it is a bit of a rough area. If you are traveling in a group it would be fine but a solo female traveler might feel unsafe. Recommend catching a taxi if returning after dark.

I don't know about the eco-friendliness, but the facility was great, and Massimiliano took wonderful care of us. We had never visited Naples, and while I did not enjoy the city very much, Massimiliano took time to outline a bunch of attractions we may enjoy and gave use a detailed map of the city including his restaurant recommendations. The room was neat and comfortable, and access to transportation was perfect.

The hosts were brilliant!!

The stay was made excellent by Massimiliano the host. He was there to greet us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. The tourism advice was unbelievably useful. Room was lovely and the bed was incredibly comfy. Breakfast every morning was delivered to our room at our choice of time. Cleanliness was top. Literally the only thing which would have made the stay exceptional would have been a kettle in the room....but we are British and we do love our cups of tea! It didn't affect our love of the stay though. Location was perfect for us as it was located right by central station making trips to Pompeii and Sorrento very easy. Street location was quite dirty but once inside hotel you really don't notice as it's quiet an peaceful and clean.

La habitación muy amplia y cómoda, almohadas y colchones deliciosos, ambiente tranquilo, descansamos muy bien. El desayuno sencillo pero muy bien para empezar el día, te lo llevan a la habitación calientito. El hotel está en excelente ubicación para tomar trenes y metro, solo caminas unos pasos y es seguro. Fabulous stay with my two teenage sons. To have the option of 3 beds was unusual and hugely appreciated! The service from our hosts was impeccable and I cannot thank and praise them enough. Even checking in with us every evening to make sure that we were okay and didn't need anything. I give this accomodation the highest possible praise and eating. If I could give 6 stars I would!
