the stay was good, but i still havent gotten my deposit back in over a week, and the person staying next to me had a several hour stand off with police to which i was instructed to not leave my room and stay quiet, and did not get a discount the following day and was told "not the hotels problem" so i was held prisooner and I understand why the police took such action, then after i had to deal with forensics which perferred i walked the other way, but no discount but rooms are clean and beds are really comfy, i would stay again but make sure your deposit is cash or you wont get it
zoom in aftermath of the stand off, my child and i were worried that if something happend bullets could of entered our room, but not hotels problem

We really had a great time very peaceful n staff was super friendly we will most definitely will be staying again would really like to see the hotels outside painted n some upgrades to the rooms but over it’s a beautiful hotel

The rooms facing the river in the back were very quiet. Less quiet in he front. All the appliances worked except one touch lamp. Very clean. Friendly staff. Safe location. Room in good condition. Very nice stay!

The hotel is older so they’ve tried to update it. But let’s say they definitely went with the lowest bidder. The TV’s are generic so there is no guide, and no WiFi for streaming. On arrival we found they gave the room away that we were promised and tried to charge us $25 more than was quoted on Hotels.com. Live and learn

Every time we left the room our keys did not work. They needed programming every time. Very little English spoken. The rooms were clean. Very few amenities on prem. No coffee in room.

Rooms looked like they had veen updated. Our room had a gap under the door which allowed 2 very LARGE roaches to come into our room.Sorry wont stay again.Lady at front desk was very nice

The property was definitely rundown & though facing the river most views were blocked by shrubbery. The sink didn't drain and had no stopper and there was no closet or stand to put a suitcase. Staff were pleasant enough but English was their second language so communication was difficult.
