worst ever check in.
Arrived at 8, with the booking from hotel I had not the "confirmation" number specific for the hotel ( 4 digit)
I rang the bell and the operator told me, to call the number on the door but this was not working, than to do the check in via the QR code on the door, but without the code was not possible. He supported me with the translation of the website as the page was not possible to be traslated ( you can translate from the home page, but than i was not able to go back to the check in area) he ad to guide me step by step through the procedure.
Total time 30 min, outside temperature 2 degree.. at least was not raining.
