I really liked the location, and the room was nice with a great view. However, the staff is generally terrible, almost non of them speak basic English and they are when I asked for a bucket of ice I got a response of “let me check”. The room floor was quite dirty yet the cleaning staff were pleasant and almost always available. We had no internet at the room or even anywhere else in the hotel and the staff were useless for the whole 6 days stay. Basically if you’re willing to spend your own internet and get your own service, the hotel has a great location and the

Minha estadia foi boa. O local é bem próximo a opções de mercado, padarias, pizzarias, etc O quarto de tamanho ideal banheiro limpo e o chuveiro bom com agua quente, apesar de pequeno, tudo limpo. O café da manha também muito bom. A área é pequena mas tem uma rotatividade grande.

Café superlotado e obras intermináveis

Fomos em casal no início de abril e o hotel estava em obras. Agora, em meados de junho, continua em obras. O café da manhã é superdisputado e não há estrutura para atender a tanta gente. Não há nenhum bem estar em desfrutar os produtos devido ao tumulto em geral, falta de atendentes para repor os produtos e louças/talheres tornando a permanência no local um transtorno. Pelo preço cobrado, uma pessoa passa bem nos quartos, mas um casal já sofre com a falta de espaço. O aparelho de televisão do quarto 355 não se conectava com a internet e a imagem estava bem escura, típico de equipamento já em fim de vida útil. Os pontos positivos são a localização próxima da Oscar Freire e do Shopping Pátio Pamplona e de uma caminhada até o Ibirapuera. Provavelmente, não voltarem mais a este hotel depois de tantas hospedagens nele. Um dos elevadores também não estava funcionando. Quem fica nos andares mais baixos sofria para conseguir descer já que quase sempre estavam lotados. Alguns hóspedes preferiam descer pela escada mesmo.

O atendimento na recepção foi excelente, os funcionários são muito simpáticos. O café da manhã é bom pelo preço cobrado, é bem variado e está sempre sendo reposto. O quarto é padrão Ibis econômico, bem básico. O box do chuveiro é bem pequeno, uma pessoa grande teria dificuldade pra tomar banho. Não gosto do chuveiro e do sanitário serem separados, mas eu já sabia que era assim. Escolhi pelo valor da diária, que é abaixo de outros hotéis na região. A localização é ótima, mas não tem estação de metrô perto. A estadia foi boa dentro do que eu esperava, mas pra mim é só pra passar poucos dias.
