The included breakfast was cancelled due to Ramadan, there is no swimming pool or outside area at all (the pool was emptied of water and the surround area was treated as a construction site), there was no daily cleaning, there were ashtrays in the non-smoking room/hotel and it smelled of smoke. Furthermore the fridge didn't work, the bathroom floor flooded when showering and the wifi was unreliable in the rooms.

The front desk receptionist is absolutely horrible and should be fired. He is a horrible representative for the company and if i were to base my stay off of him i would put one star. He lied and was rude the entire ordeal with him was beyond frustrating and i wouldn’t want that for anyone.

Decent hotel horrible customer service

I liked the stay but at the end of my stay I recently a phone call before check out. I was asked if I wanted to stay another night. I was not sure at the time and said maybe. When I woke up I called reception and told them I did not want to stay another night and that I was going to check out. The receptionist said its too late that I cannot check out because he added me for another night. I told him I don't want another night and that he cannot change it. He wanted to charge me an additional amount to stay another night that I did not want.
