The entire room smelled of urine, the bathroom toilet had tissue in it when I walked in didn’t realize the toilet was backed up it kept almost over flowing. The entire head board came off the wall and almost hit me in the head, my guest put it back up on the wall, as we did not want to be charged for the head board when all I did was sit on the bed and it fell 2 mins of being in the room. When I approached staff they just looked at me then told me to go find another staff to let them know. I don’t know these people and why would I be required to find the staff. The entire stay was a disaster

Initial room which was upcharged for had several leaks from the ceiling as it rained outside. We were moved to a smaller room but not reimbursed for the up charge for the suite. Hotels are quick to up charge but never make it right when these types of things happen makes it hard to travel anymore

This hotel has that late 80's to early 90's vibe to it. Just a very nice but kinda off in the back off the road kind of hotel. I'd go back to again.
