This accom is not staffed to check in (contrary to advertising) so when there are issues needing fixing after hours, there isn’t anyone to assist. Power tripped in our room several times using coffee machine and heater and was off all night. Great location, loved the heated floor.

I did not realize there was no staff on the premises. I had to go to a nearby sister hotel to get my room key and except for a few questions I had about getting around on transit that I couldn’t ask because of no staff, it was a good stay. Room was nice, clean, and location was great.

Great location! Hidden gem in Bergen

Our family had a great stay at Magic Hotel Xhibition this summer. It was a great location, walking distance to everything in the City Center and conveniently located in the mall with a grocery store on the bottom floor. We were able to check in a few blocks away at the other Magic hotel and get the keys to our room. Signage inside the mall made it very easy to find our room. We were in a pinch to find a place to stay for one night in Bergen, and this ended up being a perfect option for us!
