An older motel. Needs updated. Needs completed repairs and paint. Room faced a busy 4 lane highway - super noisy. Parking is dangerous due to being just off the highway.

Towels were disgusting, exchanged them 2 times. Then went and bought some. Room and bedding was clean. Staff was gracious and accommodating. Decent location with trolley stop, bike path, trails, dining and grocery store nearby. An inexpensive option to enjoy Durango.

Weekend in Durango

The location is perfect. It is close to a number of attractions in downtown Durango. The parking was okay. You have to drive through narrow alleys to leave. The room itself was comfortable and clean. The disappointing part was the linens and towels. It was evident they were laundered, but considering they are all white, they were all dingy and stained. The towels were super thin and rough feeling. Price wise, if you just want a place to sleep that is clean and plan on being out and about most of the time, pack your own towels and pillow and this will be a good place to stay.

We stayed only one night because we were traveling around the zone. Everything was good with the hotel. People working there was very nice. Very clean,safe and the neighborhood is good. Around the hotel you have coffee shop,supermarket,liquor store and some more good places.
