Great location a short walk from the north bank of the River Thames, walkable to Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden which is perfect for tourists. 🏨 Great Location, but Cleanliness Needs Improvement The room is relatively small, but it’s manageable if well organized. The main issue was cleanliness—there were toothpaste stains in the sink and a leftover chocolate milk in the fridge. The bottles in the shower were also not properly secured. The lighting was quite dim, making it a bit difficult to see clearly (though this may be a European style). That said, the location is excellent and very convenient, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming.

We booked this hotel for location and laundry facilities. When we checked in we found we had to use what’s app to talk to staff (not a fan of having to download an app to ask a simple question). Then found out there was no laundry facilities. They have a laundry service that isn’t same day unless clothes are dropped off before 10 am. The room was pretty small and had zero storage. No clothes to hang clothes, just a hook on the wall and 2 hangers. No space for toiletries. If I had known I wasn’t going to be able to laundry I would have never stayed there. The advertisement made it feel more apartment like than hotel, which was true except for the feature we needed. The IA bot that I first chatted with was horrible and staff wasn’t very helpful either. They blamed hotels.com for the inaccuracy of the details.
