🏨 Great Location, but Cleanliness Needs Improvement The room is relatively small, but it’s manageable if well organized. The main issue was cleanliness—there were toothpaste stains in the sink and a leftover chocolate milk in the fridge. The bottles in the shower were also not properly secured. The lighting was quite dim, making it a bit difficult to see clearly (though this may be a European style). That said, the location is excellent and very convenient, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming.

Overall decent stay, a lot of quite major issues, such as toilet flushing, limescaled shower head, towel radiator that didn’t heat up and issues with the heating. They cleaned the shower head with limescale remover after I complained but used our bedroom sink to do that, meaning our toothbrush and other items were not moved out of the way. Although the hotel rooms are very aesthetically pleasing there seem to be communication issues and lack of maintenance. Despite these issues the Manager Albert was professional and tried to make amends.

The staff were amazing and the location was perfect. My daughter and I were just doing a quick 5 day trip and going to see a bunch of West End shows so the location was awesome, the tube and bus are so close even for days we explored it was so convenient. Room is small but it’s clean, modern and innovative how they use the space. We would definitely stay again!
