Our room was really nice. This Holiday Inn is in really good condition. I hope it stays that way. Our room was very nice. Just very minor wear. Something that we were pleasantly surprised with was a call from the front desk just to ask if we needed anything. Wonderful customer service! Don't forget to visit the hot tub! The elevators are absolutely horrible. This is my third year and in a row staying there and it will be my last time! Every year the elevators are broken or out of service or they take 5 minutes to come down. There are only four or five floors and I've spent way too much time waiting for the elevators. The staff was okay. Not overly friendly seemed very in experienced in the basic way of making people feel welcome. I will find a new place next year and going forward and will not be staying here again.
