Needs some urgent improvements

Ok plenty of shops and restaurants nearby clean tidy room good bathroom looked forward to a rest at the pool to find 3 old plastic chairs all taken and 1 sun bed which was and had been broken for a long time 😩

Bad experience

I have a very bad experience on the second time of my stay. I feel terrible. I have reserved for double bed but they can not assign me for double. And they just saying that there is no room available. I have reserved for 2 nights I just feel like on the first night I have to stay in twin room and the scecond night I stayed in double room. Anyhow I did not know why the management have to be like this because I have a consecutive booking they should let me stay double room for 2 nights. Moreover the front office said to me who come first can have the room first. There is no assignment for the room. I feel even more weird. Because on the first time that I have stay in this hotel there was no any trouble but why this time there is a problem like this. Make me feel very disappointed. Bad experience

Bon hôtel à Bangkok

Hôtel sympa dans le sud de Bangkok, proche des petits commerces et du métro. Personnel très accueillant et souriant. La chambre supérieure est assez spacieuse, propre même si ce n’est pas parfait. Il y’a une piscine au 3ème étage mais nous ne l’avons pas testé. Nous sommes restés une nuit et nous avons payé une quarantaine d’euros.

I have a great stay in this hotel. I would recommend although the location still a bit far from BTS. Lobby is very big nice and clean. It is very new and beautiful lobby. Once you got inside the lobby you will feel a very warm welcome. Staffs all the staffs in the hotel are all professional and great service, starting with reservation I have requested for anniversary they assisted me a very lovely nice room and amenities. Moreover make me feel very happy with the service that they were assisting for me. Receptionist are all friendly and professional caring and helping. Operators their service is very fast when you asking for some assistance also speak very good English. Bell boy also helping with the baggage and and the service to called a taxi. For the room was fabulous new and clean. Price is very good valuable because they have all the hotel amenities such as toothbrush soap shower cap etc., There is a swimming pool which is very big and clean. Recommend this hotel to stay.

Modern, clean hotel with pool

Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely pool area (albeit overlooking some freeways but you can tune that out) hotel and rooms very nice and new and decent size. Pillows were no good for me but my boyfriend didn’t mind. Has fridge, TV, nice shower and nice finishings. The hotel is new so can be tricky to find and also many taxi/tuk tuk drivers will refuse to take you as they don’t know where it is so I recommend getting the address in Thai !! It’s far out from the main tourist hub which was fine for us as we took a cheap uber for ~100 BHT to Khao SAN/ wat pho etc. beware extortionate tuk tuk fares! And we were in an area where you don’t get hassled by transport etc when walking about. But there isn’t really much around the hotel other than 7/11 and some local food stalls. But we enjoyed our stay, especially the pool and luxury of a nice room and AC before going to the islands. Oh and as it’s new the restaurant and some staff still finding their feet so few little mistakes etc but nothing major, but maybe stick to the breakfast but eat out elsewhere in evenings.

Comfortable modern hotel

This hotel is very nice. The room was great, no complaints at all and very modern. Very clean, everything worked in the room. The breakfast had a lot of options, though they were the same every day. I knew the location wouldn't be great before booking, but I still wish I had booked something closer to some action. Everything was a good twenty minutes walking distance, I think for Bangkok it may be worth it to get a less nice room in a better location. We used uber so had no trouble getting around, but I think it would have been difficult to take taxis to get back as others have noted. Really nothing wrong with the hotel itself and overall great experience.

【悪かった点】 1：市内から遠い　ちょっとそこまで、市内に行きたくても、暑い中歩くには遠い距離です。　当ホテルを知っているタクシードライバーはゼロでした。 2：冷蔵庫が全然冷たくない　設備はほとんど新しいはずなのですが、冷蔵庫が全く冷たくありませんでした。 3：シャワーの温度が一定にならない　シャワーの水圧は、そこまで問題はありませんでした。しかし、温度が一定にならず、ちょうどいい　温度が保たれません。 4：朝食はあまりおいしくない　ドレッシングがどれも甘かったです。タンクの水は不思議な味がしました。 5：設備は新しいが、ところどころ作りが雑である【良かった点】 1：すぐ隣にセブンイレブン。 2：最終日に、スーツケースの重さを量れるように体重計が置いてあった　私は何もリクエストをしていませんが、ベッドメーキングのあとにぽつんと置かれていました。 3：トイレはTOTO

Comfort hotel. Still under renovation.

Distant from bts a bit far. 15 min walk. Not much scene u can do at night around the hotel but nearby got 711 shop and small hawker for night time dinner. Am using grap taxi for my trip. Hail taxi is abit inconvenience cause most dont understand english and the hotel very new most taxi driver dont know the location yet.

偶然发现自己曼谷行程订漏了一天酒店，搜索了一下就决定来间，这里的员工很热情，服务很周到，酒店外观非常棒，就是客服内饰做的过于简陋，有进步的空间。

Very new hotel but has only some problem in toilet

This hotel is very new hotel. Staff is well trained and have good service mined. Everything in the room is excellent except the bahtroom, first negative is the bidet shower got rusted because hotel use the hanging that hang at the head of bidet shower and when water at the head meets screw on the hanging then its cause rusted. Second negative is seat cap of flush in the toilet has the yellowish stain which is pee from other customer before and that stain cannot be remove even i try with soap many time this because hotel use cheap seat cap that can easily be eroded.
