We had a lovely duplex room which provided plenty of space for 2 adults and 1 child. Double bed upstairs, and sofa-bed downstairs. Location close to tram and metro. Staff very polite and breakfast had a brilliant selection. Very enjoyable 3 night stay.

Great access to public transport. Easy safe access to city centre by foot. Lots of great local cuisine and shops within walking distance. We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient—just a short walk to the city center. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only downside was the shower design. One side was open, so water tended to spill onto the bathroom floor, and we often had to mop it up. Overall, though, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely consider staying here again
