Overall a good stay. Staff were lovely and nothing was too much bother. Food was exceptional and very good value. Parking was good ,easy and plenty of. The room itself was spacious ,very clean however a bit tired and needed some TLC and new more comfortable mattress and pillows. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Check in was fine, room was a good size if a little tired, being on the side of the car park there was road noise so ear plugs useful. Shower was small but was fine for what I needed. Car park is huge & suitable for those with large vans, with it being a reasonable distance from the NEC a good place for traders. Pub next door which I didn't use but was clean & tidy. Everything was perfectly adequate for what I required.
