The inside of the my room was very cold. I was asking to do something, they are trying fixed problems but still was cold. Never back that place again.

Friendly Service Over and Beyond

We were a family of 5 who unexpectedly, an early morning, had to stay one day and subsequent night in Palanga. We were lucky to find the three rooms we needed there, and they were in Vila Labas Rytas. The rooms are very nice; it is a shame we only got the one night! They are spacious, the beds comfortable, and the decor soft and calming. Due to an early flight, we had to check out before breakfast. The ever-smiling and friendly receptionist Dondra took it upon herself to invite us to breakfast anyway half an hour before our taxi arrived (which she, incidentally, booked for us). This was an entire hour before the normal breakfast serving starts. She set a table she characterized as "coffee and a little breakfast". What met us was more a breakfast feast: warm, freshly baked rolls and bread, blinis, an array of cheeses and cold cuts, yogurt, fresh vegetables, and pastries! Dondra made our stay so special and one we will never forget. I hope to return; next time for a scheduled stay. 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10. Whichever scale used to measure: top score all the way!

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage

Schönes Hotel, sehr sauber, Zimmer schön eingerichtet, zentrale Lage, nettes Personal und gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Bei diesem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis absolut empfehlenswert. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

6/10 Good

Room was damp, although aircon was on. It took a lot of flushing of water as it was a lot of rost coloured water in pipes. 3 reminders to front desk to get an iron and iron board delivered to the room. Reception desk did not speak English so somewhat difficult communication at check out.

We liked the contemporary and relatively spacious naturally-lit room.

Loistovalinta

Uudehko hotelli omilla parkkipaikoillaan. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Liettuan hitain hissi :)

Palanga vacation

Good breakfast. Large room with plenty of storage space for our clothes. Nice balcony. No laundry assistance. Receptionist couldn't tell me where to park for the beach in this beach town. Good parking. Close to the promenade.

Nowy,czysty,wygodny z parkingiem,blisko molo.

Wspaniały, nowy hotel z przemiłą obsługą. Hotel aż pachnie nowością i czystością. Położony 10 min spacerem od głównego deptaku i mola. Brak jakichkolwiek uwag. W 100 % polecam.

Hyvä hotelli

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja hotellin sijainti hyvä. Parhaat ravintolat aivan vieressä. Huoneessa oli oikeasti toimiva ilmastointi. Hotellin hissi on erikoinen mutta muuten aivan loistava hotelli
