There was no laundry facility, the pictures showed a bathroom facility that was much nicer than ours, there was no staff on site when we arrived, and the first day we were there, there was no hot water for showers, until they turned the heater back on.

房間內有重新裝潢，空間很大，4人房內還有一張桌子可以打麻將，櫃台也可以租借麻將。入住時，廁所的蓮蓬頭壞了，跟工作人員講後5分鐘內就修好，很迅速又客氣。付近沒有店家，要走到沙美老街那邊比較熱鬧，有便利商店、雜貨店、小吃店。

酒店環境好 但有少許偏僻

酒店環境清幽，的確是在湖畔。酒店服務非常好，職員樂意提供服務，環境清幽。步行十分鐘到沙美車站。重點是這裡有專車接送往返機場(需預約)，可乘專車到機場寄存行李再到其他地方遊覽。 然酒店位於鄉郊，附近為農田及水庫，沒有很多商店，只有在沙美車站附近的便利店。從其他車站往沙美的末班公車特別早，如喜歡晚上出外的需要乘搭計程車。 房間方面，是住VIP房間(我都不知道原因，一個人住又沒有特別要求)，故不能作準。 如果喜歡寂靜，遠離城市的環境，這酒店是不錯的選擇。
