Me parece una opción excelente pues queda a una cuadra del centro histórico, la atención es excelente, el hotel en si es muy bonito, las habitaciones son algo pequeñas, pero muy bonitas, siempre hay agua calenté y todo es muy comodo, sólo percibí un olor a coladera un par de veces en la habitación, fuera de eso, la atenci ón es excelente, las habitaciones muy bellas y tiene una perfecta ubicación, me gusto y si regresaría.

Estaci0onamiento y limpieza y wifi
En la página de internet dicen que tienen estacionamiento, pero realmente tienen "convenio" con un estacionamiento y el mismo se encuentra a 5 o 6 cuadras del hotel, así que después de un largo día de paseo, tener que ir a dejar el auto hasta el estacionamiento y regresar caminando si esta muy cansado, además de que en el estacionamiento solo te reciben el auto hasta las 10:00 pm.
En cuanto a la limpieza, generalmente esta bien, pero en el baño encontré algunas telarañas en la parte alta de la pared y polvo y cabellos (aclaro no mucho pero su visible) en el piso.
No había wi-fi en la habitación que me dieron (la 13) y cuando llame a recepción, el joven que me atendió, me dijo que no funcionaba en Iphones... :(
No hay personal que te ayude a subir tus maletas (mi habitación estaba en el tercer piso)
El café muy bueno,en realidad el desayuno muy bueno.
La cama muy cómoda.

El hotel es muy bonito
Limpió, seguro y el servicio que nos brindan es magnífico. El chico muy atento nos pidió el Uber desde su aplicación.
Yo viaje con mis hijas y el lugar es totalmente familiar. El centro está cerca y todo lo que nos prometieron lo cumplieron.

Todo muy bien. El único problema es el servicio de estacionamiento. Este no está tan cerca y si uno llega después de las 10 de la noche se complica un poco más dónde dejarlo.

Es muy caro
El hotel esta pintoresco, sin embargo el costo se me hace muy elevado a lo que es el hotel, nos dieron toallas rotas! Era muy pequeña la habitacion! Por ello siento q el costo no lo amerita. Sin embargo el personal muy atento siempre!

Aunque el hotel es agradable y su personal muy sevicial, me sentí defraudado porque NO TIENEN ESTACIONAMIENTO Y NO LO MENCIONAN EN SU PAGINA WEB.
Fue muy molesto y difícil encontrar estacionamiento en el centro de la ciudad y además de las molestias generaron gastos adicionales.

Super ubicación, muy bonito hotel, el personal muy amable y limpio. Lo único que le faltaba a la habitación es algo de ventilación, mejorar las almohadas y que tengan convenio con alguna pensión cercana para facilitar el estacionamiento ya que los del centro son muy costosos.

Excelente hotel con personal superatento.
Mi estancia en el hotel Villahernan, fué excelente, gracias a las señoritas de recepcion, tanto la del turno de la mañana como la de la tarde, Ariadne, quienes en todo momento estaban atentas a las necesidades del huesped y siempre atentas a ayudar, el desayuno continental, con jugo de naranja fresco riquisimo. Muchas gracias gente como ustedes hacen vacaciones grandiosas.
