Directed to an outside lockbox upon arrival due to late check-in. Weather was miserable and I struggled to get the lockbox open while juggling luggage and work papers. Bed sheets were actually dirty from the last guest who apparently had dirt on their feet, which required another call to an off-site manager. They did offer to change my room at that point. Great view of the lake. Not having on-site mangement after 8 pm is a drawback.

Staff was very friendly. Easy check-in. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The view of the lake was fantastic. My only complaint is that we couldn’t regulate the heat regardless of how low we set it. We had to manually turn off/on; otherwise it would get too hot. Regardless we would still highly recommend staying here.

Location is perfect, the main reason I'm rating 4 stars and not less. Room was well appointed but soap dispensers empty. Price was very reasonable. Sink did not drain and the walls are thin; we could hear everything from the neighbors above us. Whoever answered the after hours check in phone was rude, reprimanding us for not reading a text we didn'rexeivr.
