The rooms were fine and so nice to have the dinner and breakfast included! Buffet style. For a family with to kids 11 and 13 years old it can be nice for the budget. Fun ping pong tables and babyfoot. Seriously, very nice to be in the center and to go by foot everywhere on a nice budget! The staff was very nice and helpful.

This is a great low budget property, especially considering that breakfast, lunch and dinner are included! It's very, very basic, but if you're not planning to spend a lot of time in your lodgings, it's a great alternative to a more expensive hotel!

The staff were all super nice! room was clean and basic. loved that all the meals were included. Amazing food !! I definitely recommend staying here especially if you are on a budget ! The only downside I will mention is that the pillows aren’t the most comfortable and it can be a bit noisy at night sometimes due to the fact that it is a student residence.

Rooms were clean. Excellent location. Great value. Air conditioning worked too well! A couple of things in the bathroom were loose (which we reported to the front desk), but shower pressure was very impressive. Would highly recommend if you’re a couple of friends travelling to Toronto in the summer!

Parkway is in the middle of every attraction meant to be seen by tourist, the food was great, the air conditioning was perfect, rooms very clean, bathroom also very clean. The staff were professional, helpful, polite and friendly. My kids and I enjoyed our stay and we will definitely stay again next time we visit Canada. I am already recommending it to my family and others. I give it 5 STAR.

Parkside Student Residence is a dormitory that makes extra rooms available to tourists. Toronto is expensive and this was the only place available to me within my budget during my trip. I stayed two nights. The rooms are clean but spartan, with very basic linens and towels. Bring your own hangers, etc. Parkside provides a breakfast, lunch and dinner in the student cafeteria daily. The food is healthy and generous. Under the building is a city maintained covered garage which is cramped but Very Reasonably Priced!

Excellent stay at the residence. Room was very basic but we knew that, close to metro station bonus. Took advantage of the buffet cafeteria for mornings and dinner and it was excellent and save us a bit of money and time. Also took advantage of the gym. I’d like to acknowledge Gabriella at the front desk who was welcoming and helpful when we checked in. Will definitely repeat, thank you.

The location was perfect. The room was a basic dorm room with a private bathroom that met my needs. I found the bed hard and the pillow too soft. Of particular note was the delicious buffet food. There were a number of food options and the staff was aware which items were gluten free. They even had gluten free bread!

It was perfect for family traveling. Location is great and close to station and street cars. Food were great and kitchen staff was friendly and helpful. Facility is secure and my family felt safe. No issues at night. Front desk staff was very helful and gave us directions and advises. Amenities are great. There are table tennis table and pool table. My family have a comfortable stay and enjoyed the time in the residence. Thank you.

Great location, great price, staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice that security was 24 hours and the place is very secure. Also a great bonus having the cafeteria with meals and beverages included in the stay. The place was very clean, gym was great and nice to have a secure sitting area outside. Unlike a hotel, there are no extras in the room other than the toiletries and towels. No fridge, microwave, hairdryer, hangers or iron. Also must say the bed and pillows were the main part that made me give it only 4 stars. Mattress felt like sleeping on a boxspring and the pillows were terrible. All that said, I would stay again given the price of hotels downtown in prime tourist season.
