The staff at Real Alma was very friendly and helpful during my 8 night stay. They kept the room clean, provided plenty of clean sheets and towels. I enjoyed my stay enough to extend it by three nights! It's a little walk to many of Oaxaca's sites, restaurants, squares, markets, etc. Overall great experience!

Very nice room, bottom floor near front desk, but the air conditioner weighs b great and shower great. It's inn a busy section of town so a little busy in day but quiet at night. I thought there was a pool, maybe Ii misread. It was good for a short stay, can't complain😎

Great hotel in Oaxaca !

The hotel is wonderful, clean comfortable and a pleasure to return to each day ... we have stayed here before . Central to all important places to visit This time .... ( group made up of 4 couples) ...we were very impressed with the buffet breakfast and the very competent breakfast staff who couldn't do enough for you . The day time female receptionist was also attentive and helpful. Cleaning staff of hotel/ rooms couldn't be faulted . Service was sadly let down we all felt by the surly male night receptionist/ porter who never smiled and resented it seems any interaction with guests . Such a shame . We will still return to the hotel next year for our visit to Oaxaca ... hopefully the night porter will have learnt better people skills by then!!

Reception staff was nice but the employees serving at the breakfast buffet weren’t as helpful. They never had enough food for the complimentary breakfast and wouldn’t replenish the egg, fruit or anything even when you asked.

Included secured parking and a delicious buffet breakfast on the beautiful terrace. They do not have an elevator, so prepare to climb 3 flights of stairs where the dining area is located. Great stay and service!

No volvería a quedarme

La experiencia en general fué desagradable desde el principio, ya que escogimos específicamente este hotel por que decía que contaba con estacionamiento. NO TIENE ESTACIONAMIENTO y está ubicado en una zona complicadísima llena de puestos, tiene un espacio exclusivo donde puedes dejar tu carro afuera con el peligro de rayones o golpes ya que está entre puestos de mercado. Tienen un convenio con un estacionamiento a una cuadra que cierra súper temprano y abre tarde, puedes pedirle a un tipo nefasto que está en mostrador en la noche que te abra y se molesta como si lo estuvieras molestando, como si te estuviera haciendo un favor cuando ellos mismos te ofrecen ese “servicio” y se supone que es parte de su trabajo. Lo mismo para salir o llegar por la noche, cierra la puerta del hotel y tocas para que te abra con una jeta que te da pena. En pocas palabras te sientes como en casa de asistencia y no cómodo en un hotel. Por el contrario las chicas de cocina que atienden por las mañanas en la terraza súper amables. Lástima que los que son la cara inmediata del hotel, los de mostrador no sepan que su trabajo es de atención al cliente. Deberían cambiar a su personal de mostrador, tanto las chicas como el señor de noche y poner una cara amable que ayude y amortigüe las deficiencias del hotel (estacionamiento-elevador). Mencionó también que esta lejos de las zonas bonitas de plazas y restaurantes.
